When Ordering
Please type or print orders legibly. Telephone orders are not acceptable.
To avoid duplication, please.
Indicate if mailed orders previously faxed or emailed. We cannot be
responsible for duplicate orders. Enclose layout and artwork with
order. Indicate PMS colors and their locations. Desired shipping date
must be specified when order is placed. Allow for adequate transit
time. Specific IN-HAND dates can only be controlled by next day ground
or air service where applicable. Customer will provide carrier account
number for special delivery requirements or leave it to SmilePins'
discretion to appropriately meet delivery schedule. |

Acknowledgements
All orders will be acknowledges in writing and
processed according to the details indicated thereon. Upon receipt,
it is responsibility of the distributor to verify for its corrections
and report and discrepancies immediately. |
Delivery/shipping
Normal shipping dates are 3-6 weeks depending
on the product, after receipt of artwork approval. Allow for adequate
transit time. All freight charges are the responsible of the distributor.
The selection of carrier shall be at the factory, discretion if not
specified, Even when specified, it may be necessary to use out preferred
carrier in order to meet your delivery requirements. Due to the custom
nature of our product and unforeseen circumstances which may arise
during production, it may be necessary to change the shipping from
ground to air in order to meet your deadlines,. Special requests may
be subject to a handing fee. |
Address information
To ensure prompt and accurate delivery, PLEASE
PROVIDE A STREET ADDRESS AND POSTAL CODE. We cannot ship to box numbers. |
Split shipments
(On different dates) /individual and Drop shipment.
(Multiple shipments on same date).
Add $5.00 per address, plus actual shipping charges. All claims for
goods damaged in transits of for delayed delivery must be filed by
the distributor/ recipient with the carrier on receipt.

Pricing
Effective January 1st, 2004 and are subject
to change without notice. All prices are quotes in U.S. funds, F.O.B
Shanghai. All applicable freewill beaded to the invoices. |
Over runs/ under runs/ Back orders
All orders are subject to a 5% over or under
run and will be billed accordingly.
Transportation costs for any bank orders will be the distributors'
responsibility |
Returns
Goods should be inspected immediately upon arrival.
Claims for returns and/or quantity
Discrepancies must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
A written authorization from the factory is required prior to the
return of merchandise; transport costs for unauthorized returns will
be the responsibility of the distributor .Merchandise must be returned
in order to receive credit. All unauthorized returns will be refused
and returned to sender. |
Corrections/cancellations
Orders requiring corrections or cancelled will
be charged for all work completed, including any applicable artwork,
die or set up charges.

Specifications
We reserve the right to make changes in specifications,
colors and material without notice or obligation, and specifically
reserve the right to alter, withdraw on discontinue products at any
time without notice or obligation. |
Payment of accounts
Upon credit approval, terms are net 30 days
Interest charges of 1.5% per month will be billed on overdue accounts.

Model molds
Are for the exclusive use of the original customer.
All dies model molds and materials used In manufacturing an order
remain property of SmilePins and cannot be relinquished. SmilePins
reserves the right to dispose of dies. Model molds and materials
Without notice after a period of at least one year without reorder. |
Right to promote
We reserve the right to use all products in
our advertising and displays unless advised in writing by the customer.
